Warren McLean

Divisional Lead - Kūmānu Environmental

Warren’s career to date has always been in management roles involving contracts from small businesses to large multi-national commercial and industrial organisations across a range of different industries.

This involves management of all staff, services and resources to successfully deliver on contract terms.

Warren has extensive experience in Financial, team management, business development and an emphasis in the delivery of proactive and astute asset management services.

Mark Solly

Operations Manager - Arboriculture, Landscape Maintenance & Local Conservation Reserves

As Operations Manager in Nelmac Greenspace Mark oversees the work of the Arboriculture and Landscape Maintenance teams.

Mark works closely with his team leaders to ensure a high standard of service is provided for Nelmac’s clients including local government, commercial and private clients. His role includes client liason, staff management and assisting with quoting and tender preparation.

Mark has been involved in Arboricultural and Amenity Horticulture for over 25 years, starting as a landscape gardener and worked his way to his current role, gaining valuable industry knowledge and experience on the way

Nick Latter

Operations Manager, Biosecurity

With over 19 years experience in the pest industry, Nick has adopted a wealth of experience & knowledge across all aspects of the pest industry.

Nick is an experienced operations manager with excellent business, client and project management skills. Nick is Action-oriented with a strong ability to communicate effectively with technology, executive, and business audiences.

With a background in managing his own pest control business, Nick knows what it takes to deliver successful projects. Combining his technical knowledge with his business sense he always has the client at the forefront. He’s solutions focused, ensuring project outcomes are achieved within budget and on time.

Jared Waters

Biosecurity Contracts Manager

Jared is our Biosecurity Contracts Manager. With over 13 years working in the Biosecurity industry, Jared has a variety of experience, from landscape scale pest control operations to working with community groups on local predator control projects. He has specialist experience in Geospatial Information Systems, predator control plans and implementation, possum monitoring design and implementation, and back-country field work. Jared has been working for Kūmānu Environmental for 8 years. He brings extensive knowledge and experience of biosecurity project management and a talent for finding practical solutions to projects undertaken by Kūmānu.
